Classmates Cheer On Boy With Cerebral Palsy [VIDEO]

From Edwards & amp; Lee: Matt Woodrum is an 11-year-old boy with cerebral palsy, who has become an internet sensation, after being cheered on by his classmates as he finishes a 400-meter race! This viral video is a must see, because it truly is a ‘feel good story of the day! We see so much ‘bad news’ every day on TV but this kind of stuff happens all the time, but not always caught on video. Matt’s mom captured this touching tribute to Mat,t who suffers from spastic cerebral palsy that greatly affects his muscle movement, as he struggled through this race at the Colonial Hills Elementary School in Worthington, Ohio. Watch as dozens of his classmates spontaneously converged alongside him chanting, ‘Let’s go Matt! Let’s go!’
Matt’s Mom, Mrs. Curran, said of this magical moment for her son:
‘They treat him like every other kid, they’re very great with him and they’re like a second family to him. He’s been a fighter since day one, and I didn’t expect anything less.’Read here.
