A late-season blast of wintry weather around Saskatoon and other areas was causing accidents and making travel dangerous Tuesday morning.The provincial government's Highways Hotline said travel is not recommended in an area from from Kyle to Kindersley.
The no-go zone, growing throughout the morning, includes all highways around Saskatoon and areas around Rosetown and Kyle.
The City of Saskatoon says the snow may cause public transit delays, including shuttles to the Brier curling tournament.
MD Ambulance said the same morning there was a rollover near Martensville that may have been storm related.
Environment Canada says the storm system will continue to bring snow and will move east as the day goes on.Read here.
