Saskatoon's deputy medical health officer is warning that social media and smartphone dating apps could be driving a syphilis outbreak in the city.Although it was once thought to be nearly retired as a sexually transmitted infection (STI), the Saskatoon Health Region recently declared an outbreak of syphilis.
