This website was created by me – Ryan Paul – in honour of Canada’s fighting men and women who have committed acts of bravery, valour, or gone above and beyond the call of duty. Having come to Canada after growing up in London, England… after about five years I eventually grasped the concept of the debt that the world owes to Canada, and came to realise the true extent of Canada’s contributions particularly in both world wars.
Canada has a truly magnificent and inspiring history when it comes to fighting overseas. Those Canadians who have committed these acts of gallantry deserve recognition and respect, not just in Canada, but throughout the world. This website exists to make that happen.
