Thousands of Tibetan Buddhist monks and nuns recently gathered for the
annual Bliss Dharma Assembly in remote China to mark Buddha’s descent
from the heavens. The gathering was held at the Larung Wuming Buddhist
Institute, widely regarded as the world’s largest and most influential
