"PeeWee, a year-old Northern Fur Seal that had been starving and was rehabilitated for over two months by Island Wildlife Natural Care Centre in Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, is brought to a beach off of the Vancouver Island coast, to return home.
Once PeeWee figures it out, the delight cannot be contained.
