As the Rural Municipality of Corman Park’s council and administration met to declare a local state of emergency Tuesday, crews were busy using back-hoes to cut channels through roads to get water moving.
Melvin Funk returned to his farm after helping install a culvert across the township road that passes his farm a few kilometres north of Martensville.
