“I most definitely recommend them for anybody with animals. The first thing you should do is get them microchipped,” Brandy Mitchell said Wednesday.
Mitchell feared she would never see her beloved Bella again after the Yorkie-Chihuahua disappeared four months ago during an incident outside Market Mall.
“I was completely devastated. I was heartbroken every day until I got her back,” she said.
