Emery-Rose Assiniboine, a member of
the Dakota Sioux and Plains Cree nations is a contestant in the Miss
Indian World Pageant. Hosted as part of the 33rd Annual Gathering of
Nations, if she wins, she hopes to use the prestigious title to help
